Fawn Potash, Milo and Paul Smart moved to Albany, NY and extend an invitation to all to view a Pop Up Art exhibit in their former home. Visit their magnificent Catskill Spring Street home that is now for sale and view an outstanding art exhibit featuring original artwork by their Hudson Valley artist friends.
Admission is “Pay What You Can”, however for those who make a donation of $25 or more to view the exhibit will receive a packet of Library Series (12 note cards) by Fawn Potash, fine art photographer and former GCCA Visual Arts Director. 49 Spring Street (same as Route 385 South) is located three houses from the intersection of William & Spring Street. Parking available on William Street and Spring Street, but not directly in front of the house.
Imagine viewing contemporary art in a spacious Victorian village home built in 1861 as a parsonage for the only church designed by artist Thomas Cole, who lived and worked only steps down the street. Fawn and Paul’s artist friends will mount their works throughout their three story home designed with high ceilings, wood floors, three fireplaces, dormers, window seats, and period details. Views of neighboring rooftops and steeples, the majestic Catskills and awe-inspiring sunsets can be seen from porches on all floors.
Participating artists including Andrew Amelinckx, Nancy Azara, Darla Bjork, Matt Bua, Dan Burkholder, Jill Skupin Burkholder, Mollie Dash, Tasha Depp, Barry Gerson, Alon Koppel, Paula Lalala, Harry Matthews, Paul Matthews, Claudia McNulty, Eva Melas, Portia Munson, Fawn Potash, Melinda Stickney-Gibson, Beth Schneck, Val Shaff, Milo Smart, Asia Sosnowski, Robert Tomlinson and Kara Thurmond.
