Contra Dance at the Breakabeen Grange!

Come dance in a historic grange hall with great acoustics and a second story wood floor! The Breakabeen Grange in Schoharie County will continue it’s 2024 contra dance series with an evening dance featuring Peter Blue and friends with Garry Aney calling dances.

Peter Blue is a seasoned contra dancer, caller, and musician previously with the contra dance band Tunescape, which frequently toured the northeast contra dance circuit. Dances will be taught by Garry Aney, a central New York native with decades of experience calling dances. His straight forward instruction and fun dances are a delight among beginners and more experienced dancers alike. No partner needed, all dances taught, and beginners are welcome!
