Prize – 

Rocking out a sinister-sounding, noise-rock-leaning take on hardcore, Prize was formed in 2018. With members that have also played in such bands as Spell Runner and Throat Culture, the quartet is based out of Cohoes, New York first appeared on No Echo around the time of their 2020 debut EP, Beat In A Fair Contest.

New Vision–

New Vision is no stranger to diving in headfirst. The Hudson Valley-based band isn’t afraid to say what everyone’s thinking and refuses to be put in a box. Their first LP, “With Love” inspired listeners to find faith in variation with nostalgic and honest songwriting, buzzing riffs, and melodic bridges. With the exhilarating release of “Somewhere On This Timeline,” New Vision has never felt more confident in experimenting with genres than right now. New Vision welds its face in the new wave of hardcore with bold stand-alone lyrics, the brutal pressures from interpersonal relationships, and blind faith in reason. A sound that keeps your feet off the concrete, ears to the ground, and head spinning all the way home.
