Philmont Public Library

The Friends of Philmont Public Library presented a series of five Sunday concerts performed by Green River Cellos in the outdoor pavilion of the library. In tandem, a component of the project included creating, displaying and trading artwork through The Little Free Art Gallery on the front lawn of the library. Local artists were highlighted monthly in a special display feature.
